Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate to review document completeness and ensure compliance, while verifying agent and license information. You will analyze data to determine proper handling, and accurately encode and update agent records in the system.

This role also involves creating correspondences and identifying next workflow steps, with additional tasks as assigned by leadership. Open to graduates and undergraduates with 1–2 years of experience in financial/healthcare/retirement/insurance

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates and undergraduates who have completed at least 2nd year and with at least 1 year of experience.
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in financial/healthcare/retirement/insurance accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Willing to work full time onsite in Gateway Cubao, Quezon City or Axis, Alabang Muntinlupa.
• Flexible with shifts.
• Ability to adhere to current performance tool that team uses.
• Coachable - Seeks out and accepts feedback to improve personal performance.
