• Engage with new and existing customers via phone, email, or in-person to promote products/services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and develop long-term customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 6 months BPO experience under voice international account (any account)
• Healthcare accounts are a plus, but not required
• Age limit: 50 yrs old
• Residing within Metro Manila
