Job summary

Discover Group of Travel Services Inc. is seeking a Customer Service (Account Relations Manager) to build strong client relationships, monitor international tours, and ensure exceptional service throughout the client’s travel experience.

You will conduct regular service checks, follow up on client requests, coordinate with internal teams and travel partners, and maintain proactive communication to resolve issues for Europe and international itineraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience in Customer Service/Account Management.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients to conduct service checks and follow-ups before, during, or after tours.
• Check if clients have requests, concerns, or additional assistance needed.
• Maintain regular communication and build good relationships with clients.
• Monitor ongoing Europe and international tours and ensure smooth client experiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to address client concerns.
• Respond promptly to client requests and assist in resolving issues.
• Keep records of client feedback, requests, and concerns.
• Follow up on pending concerns until properly addressed.
• Handle multiple client accounts and requests while maintaining quality service.

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift

• Experience with international clients is a plus

• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
