Juan Gadget is seeking a customer service-oriented representative to handle inquiries across ecommerce channels, assist with product details, and process orders via FB chats and other online platforms. The role includes supporting walk-in customers with product recommendations and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of any 4-year course; relevant customer service, sales, or business-related courses are preferred.
• With experience in customer service, ecommerce, retail, or sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience handling Ecommerce Platform Chats.
• Experienced in FB Chats and Order Taking.
• Comfortable assisting Walk-in Customers and handling face-to-face inquiries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple customer concerns simultaneously.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
• Willing to work full-time and on-site at Greenhills, San Juan City.
