Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate couriers and monitor delivery status.
• Verify delivery pins and addresses and correct any errors before dispatch.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track and update customers on their orders, acting as their single point of contact.

An onsite Customer Success Representative is needed to handle customer inquiries, web orders, and deliveries with speed, accuracy, and warmth. This role is ideal for candidates from hospitality, retail, or café environments who enjoy talking to customers all day and can stay sharp and organized in a fast-paced setting.

• Salary: Minimum wage up to ₱25,000, plus government-mandated benefits

What you will do

• Be the front-of-house contact for customers, answering inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Manage web orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy in items, addresses, and timing.
• Book and coordinate couriers (e.g., Lalamove) and monitor delivery status.
• Verify delivery pins and addresses and correct any errors before dispatch.
• Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track and update customers on their orders, acting as their single point of contact.
