Job summary

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional support to guests regarding reservations and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality and preferably experience in room reservations at a 5-star hotel.

You will work with various departments to ensure our guests receive tailor-made solutions, increasing loyalty and maximising business opportunities for our hotel.

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is located within Fort Bonifacio, a former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys high, the complex is comprised of 576 hotel guestrooms, 97 hotel residences and 98 exclusive Horizon Homes. The high‑rise building is a Manila landmark and complements the company’s five existing properties in the Philippines.
