IONOS is seeking a Customer Retention and Telesales Representative to develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers, driving retention and satisfaction. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, selling hosting products and expanding account value.

You should be a strong communicator, technically minded, and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling over the phone or via live chat.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable hosting solutions.
• Basic technical understanding of hosting and DNS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email and live chat to identify and sell hosting products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio.
• Handle service cancellation requests and identify retention opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets.
• Direct customers to self-service knowledge resources and document cancellation outcomes.
• Report activities to the Telesales & Customer Retentions Manager.
