Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling on the telephone, including revenue generation and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, email, and live chat to sell hosting products meeting customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and services.
• Respond to cancellation requests and identify retention opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retentions targets.
• Direct customers to the online knowledge base to improve self-service.
• Document cancellation outcomes to analyze reasons for churn.
• Report to the Telesales & Customer Retentions Manager on activities.
