Job summary

You will handle inquiries about accounts and payments, assist with payment arrangements, document interactions, and meet quality and collection targets while following data privacy policies.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Open to applicants with no BPO experience.
• 6 months or more BPO experience welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle financial and account-related concerns.
• Basic computer skills; navigate multiple systems.
• Willing to work onsite; dayshift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries regarding accounts, payments, and billing concerns.
• Assist customers with payment and account-related concerns.
• Conduct collection activities professionally and respectfully.
• Provide accurate information on balances and payment options.
• Negotiate appropriate payment arrangements when applicable.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and collection targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
