What You'll Be Doing

• Handling customer calls, emails and collecting overdue payments in a professional and empathetic manner
• Researching and locating customers
• Identifying customer needs and concerns, and providing prompt and effective resolutions
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Who You Are

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using various software systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Physically and mentally able to work in the evening shift with night differential pay
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Must have SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and two (2) valid IDs prior to applying
• Willing to work onsite at our office in Ayala Makati
