NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Officer in Metro Manila to join the sales team full-time. Build strong relationships, deliver outstanding service, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be the main contact for customers, coordinate communications with delivery, finance and technical support, and help ensure a smooth purchasing journey while supporting the sales team and data management.

NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to join our sales team in Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Customer Relations Officer, you will serve as a key point of contact between our organisation and our valued customers, playing an essential role in supporting our sales objectives and contributing to our reputation for outstanding customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Support the sales team by coordinating customer communications, documentation, and administrative tasks related to sales transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and recommend process improvements to management.
• Liaise with other departments including delivery, finance and technical support to ensure seamless customer service.
• Contribute to customer retention initiatives and participate in strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to inform business improvements.
