Job summary

NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Officer in Metro Manila to join the sales team full-time. Build strong relationships, deliver outstanding service, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be the main contact for customers, coordinate communications with delivery, finance and technical support, and help ensure a smooth purchasing journey while supporting the sales team and data management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or relations in automotive or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular contact.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide product information to help customers make informed purchases.
• Support sales by coordinating communications, docs, and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest changes.
• Liaise with delivery, finance, and support teams for seamless service.
• Contribute to retention initiatives and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Track and report customer satisfaction metrics for business improvements.
