NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our Metro Manila service operations on a full-time basis. This role drives customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards in a high-volume dealership/service center.

The successful candidate will supervise technicians, manage budgets, improve processes, and develop staff while maintaining strong relationships with customers and completing inspections per manufacturer guidelines.

About the role

NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team in Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing all service operations at our facility, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. The Service Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth, managing team performance, and maintaining the highest standards of automotive service delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily service operations and manage all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation

• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians and support staff to ensure high performance and professional development

• Manage customer relationships and handle service inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and promptness

• Maintain quality control standards for all repair and maintenance work performed, conducting inspections and audits as required

• Prepare and manage service budgets, track expenses, and monitor labour costs to ensure profitability

• Implement and maintain diagnostic and service procedures in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with parts departments to ensure adequate inventory and timely availability of components

• Generate service reports, performance metrics, and KPI analysis for management review

• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer-centric service throughout the department

• Identify opportunities for service expansion, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive service management or equivalent senior technical role in an automotive dealership or service center.

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic procedures across a range of vehicle types.

• Proven supervisory and team leadership experience with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships and resolve conflicts professionally.

• Proficiency in service management software and computer systems used in automotive operations.

• Sound understanding of automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
