Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Onboarding in a B2B context.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience managing customers post-implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM, SaaS, or customer-success platforms.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and platform setup.
• Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs.
• Ensure a smooth implementation and go-live experience.
• Serve as the primary post-implementation contact.
• Build relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account reviews and health checks.
• Drive customer adoption and engagement.
• Monitor platform usage and identify risks.
• Support renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Help customers maximize the value of the platform.
