iOPEX Technologies Phil is hiring for a Customer Success/Onboarding role in Taguig. You will guide customers through onboarding, conduct training, and ensure a smooth go-live experience. You will manage post-implementation accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring platform usage, driving adoption, supporting renewals, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations to improve the product for customers in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Formación

• 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Onboarding.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience managing customers post-implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Willing to work night shifts and rotating schedules in BGC, Taguig.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through onboarding and platform setup.
• Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs.
• Be the primary post-implementation contact and manage accounts.
• Build relationships with business owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor usage, drive adoption, and support renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering.
