Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles and solid math skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage clients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Adaptability and comfort with basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests related to account balances and invoices.
• Explain financial statements and billing requirements clearly.
• Maintain good client relations and assist clients to achieve goals.
• Identify needs, problems, and solutions for clients.
• Collaborate across teams to address at-risk accounts.
