Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Project Support Engineer in Cebu City to provide Level 1/2 support to clients, coordinate with R&D, and resolve technical issues. The role emphasizes agility, teamwork, and continuous learning with hybrid onsite/offsite arrangements.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, performing deep-dive analyses, and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Travel and onsite work may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in IT related field or similar
• 1–3 years of technical software support or applications support experience
• Strong communication and professional interaction with diverse groups
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive customer focus
• Willingness to travel and work onsite when required

Responsibilities

• Act as a representative for project-specific customer inquiries and issues, taking ownership and bringing resolution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction in project support and maintenance.
• Collect information and perform deep-dive analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address pushback and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Commit to SLA for response and resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of technical issues.
• Provide onsite support to customers if necessary.
