Job summary

Azpired Inc. in Cebu City seeks a remote technical support specialist to assist international clients. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and support software, and manage user accounts using Active Directory. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of IT, ComSci, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
• Non-graduates with relevant IT or technical support experience are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hardware/software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration and CMD utilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and support software and business applications remotely.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Perform basic SQL queries and assist with database-related issues.
• Monitor and support Windows Server environments.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain service quality by meeting response and resolution targets.
• Assist clients with system setup, updates, and technical guidance.
