Job summary

AvePoint Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator to support IT project planning, execution, and monitoring. You will work with project managers, cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of milestones and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT project coordination, familiarity with Agile or Waterfall, and strong communication skills. This role offers a hybrid setup with onsite and remote work options and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely execution.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to facilitate communication and project alignment.
• Identify potential risks and issues early and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in managing project budgets, tracking spending, and ensuring financial efficiency.
• Support quality control processes by reviewing deliverables before submission to clients.
• Organize and participate in team meetings, documenting key discussions and follow-up actions.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
