The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a technical background in Microsoft technologies. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in a technical field.
• 2+ years of technical software support or help desk experience.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities
