Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines is seeking an experienced customer service professional to manage order entry and support for named EOEM accounts in the Power Products organization.

You will handle order maintenance, quotes, expediting, and reporting while coordinating with manufacturing, sales, distribution centers, and field services to ensure timely requests are met with high quality. Hybrid setup during US business hours in BGC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4- or 5-year course is required.
• 3-6 years related work experience in case management & order management.
• Willing to work a hybrid setup during US business hours in BGC, Taguig.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handles order entry, order maintenance, and open-order reporting.
• Expedites and coordinates with manufacturing, sales, and logistics.
• Provides product information and performs cross-referencing when needed.
• Resolves customer inquiries about status, delivery and billing.
• Maintains relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
