Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines is seeking a customer-facing specialist to manage order entry and support for a named list of EOEM accounts in the Power Products division. This role handles CTO/MTS/MTO and SPA maintenance, coordinating with manufacturing, sales, and distribution to ensure timely responses.

You will resolve inquiries, prepare quotes, and expediting orders while maintaining positive customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4 or 5-year course.
• 3-6 years related work experience in case management & order management.
• Willing to work hybrid setup during US business hours in BGC, Taguig.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with people inside and outside the company.
• Customer Service Excellence (CSE), team player mindset, and can-do attitude.
• Strong mediation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office 365 applications; Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with internal and external customers and coordinates with Schneider functional areas, manufacturing, and field services.
• Handles customer complaints and inquiries, including status, production, delivery and billing.
• Coordinates product selection, order placement, delivery schedules, and expediting.
• Perform order entry, order maintenance, open-order reporting, and forecasting for customers.
• Interpret CTO requirements and ensure BOM compatibility and competitiveness for low-complexity CTO products.
• Provide product information and cross-reference data; utilize Salesforce, SAP, and other tools.
