Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Open to candidates with no prior BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries via voice, email, and live chat.
• Filter content from the client’s website.
• Perform data and research tasks with basic troubleshooting support.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints; identify and escalate priority issues.
• Route calls and document interactions per SOP.
