Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Teammate to handle customer interactions across voice, email and live chat. You will respond to inquiries, perform data research, and help resolve issues while following client guidelines to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong written and verbal communication, basic IT literacy across Windows, macOS, MS Office and Google apps, and can type 30 WPM (voice) or 35 WPM (non-voice). Training and career growth provided.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Computer literacy across Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office and Google applications.
• Able to type at least 30 WPM for voice and 35 WPM for non-voice campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to inquiries via email and live chat.
• Filter client website content and perform data and research tasks.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and elevate priority issues; route calls; document interactions according to SOPs.
• Meet and exceed client KPI targets and engage in continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and participate in trainings/seminars.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
