Job summary

TaskUs Molino is seeking a Teammate for the Payroll/Taxation Campaign to deliver accurate email and live chat support. You will filter client content, perform data research, and resolve customer issues with high attention to detail.

You’ll document interactions per SOP and uphold confidentiality of logins and passwords. The role emphasizes strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a readiness to adapt to cyclic schedules while contributing to a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO experience.
• Candidates without BPO experience should be 2nd year college in Math, Accounting, Finance, Business or HRM (no back subjects).
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Able to multitask with high attention to detail and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries via email and live chat.
• Filter content from client websites and route to appropriate resource when needed.
• Perform data and research tasks and apply basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and elevate priority issues as needed.
• Document all customer interactions per standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality of logins/passwords.
