Job summary

TaskUs is looking for a Teammate to handle inbound/outbound calls and respond via email and live chat. You will filter content, perform data and research tasks, and provide basic troubleshooting while resolving customer issues in line with client guidelines.

You should communicate effectively, type accurately, and adapt to cyclical schedules, contributing to a high-quality customer experience and continuous improvement across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience on phone, email and live chat support is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with common office software.
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules and meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to inquiries via email and live chat.
• Filter content from client websites and perform data/research tasks.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and resolve customer complaints.
• Document interactions per SOP and uphold client quality guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
