You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey and ensure consistent, high-quality service. The role requires 3+ years of CX experience, experience with Zendesk, CRM systems, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience using help desk solutions such as Zendesk.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound (calls and emails) customer complaints and ensure queries are answered and resolved promptly.
• Track and maintain customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Highlight customer issues that require escalation.
• Work in cross-functional teams to provide feedback and help improve customer experience.
• Demonstrate a passion for service and deliver a remarkable customer experience.
• Achieve customer experience KPIs - SLAs, CSAT etc.
