Peak Outsourcing in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Professional to provide world-class customer service and sales support. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, updates customer accounts, and documents notes in PestPac.

The position requires a High School diploma, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel & Outlook. Reliability and the ability to pass background and drug screening are expected.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must pass a seven-year criminal background check.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound and outbound customer service-related calls.
• Engage customers to qualify needs and provide information on products and services.
• Attain performance metrics and meet monthly goals.
• Document all customer calls accurately in PestPac.
