You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, document interactions in CRM, and work with the team to meet targets while pursuing ongoing training for product knowledge and service quality.

Qualifications

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
• Provide accurate product and service information, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer management systems.
• Follow established call centre protocols and scripts while adapting communication to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services per guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet department targets and performance metrics.
• Seek feedback and engage in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
