Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Mercedes-Benz toll-free line and address queries.
• Conduct outbound calls for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Manage live chat channel as part of sales strategy.
• Drive online sales via DCP/EMH platforms.
• Address queries and maintain customer records.
