Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a BDC, call center sales, telemarketing, or customer service in high-volume environments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with a clear, persuasive phone presence.
• Strong commitment to customer service and rapport building.
• Ability to identify needs, generate interest, handle objections, and set appointments.
• Proficient in using CRM/Dealer Management systems and phone/internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries and proactive outbound follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify leads to determine needs and readiness, ensuring high-quality appointments.
• Set appointments for dealership visits or consultations and send confirmations/reminders.
• Document interactions and lead statuses accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with dealership sales teams and internal BDC/Operations to optimize lead handling.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and continuously improve sales techniques.
