Job summary

Probe Group Philippines Inc. is seeking a Customer Sales BDC professional to support Mercedes-Benz initiatives. The role covers inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and online sales using the DCP/EMH platform.

You will handle product consultations, generate contracts, and guide customers from awareness to purchase while maintaining strong lead follow-up. Work involves multi-channel engagement, CRM updates with Salesforce, and collaboration with the agent network.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Calls: answer and assist queries related to vehicle sales and MBFS products & services, including product consultations and contract generation.
• Outbound Calls: perform lead generation and follow-ups to nurture opportunities and drive sales.
• Live Chat: manage customer interactions as part of the sales strategy.
• Online Sales via DCP/EMH: convert leads to online or DTOS sales and ensure proper follow-up with leads.
• Query Management: address customer and prospect queries via any channel.
• Ad hoc activities: perform mystery-shopping, data updates, and other tasks as needed.
• Internal Support: assist BDC processes with reporting, Salesforce data merges, and quality assurance.
• Social Media Community Management: monitor channels and respond promptly across multiple platforms.
