Job summary

iQor is seeking courteous Customer Service Call Center Agents in the Philippines (Batangas area) to professionally represent our clients by delivering remarkable service to customers via phone. You will handle high volumes of calls, resolve inquiries, and educate customers about products and services.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work independently or in a team, and strong attendance and accuracy. Shifts may include nights and weekends to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Maintain accuracy and production standards.
• Predictable and consistent attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Place outbound calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm to customers.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.

• Take an active role in educating customers about our clients products and services.
