Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Batangas to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely, friendly resolutions.

You will support multiple channels (Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, Chat), maintain service quality, and participate in ongoing training to meet daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong oral and written communication in Tagalog and English.
• Bisaya language ability is a plus.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite.

What you'll do:

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
• Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 6 moths to 1 year of customer service, support, or any client facing roles experience
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite
