The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication in Tagalog and English, and flexibility for shifting onsite hours.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication in Tagalog and English (oral and written).
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to high-value customers and build relationships.
• Support multiple channels including Telegram, social media, in-app, email, and chat.
• Provide personalized customer service by addressing customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Aim to meet or exceed daily/monthly targets set by supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
