Job summary

Angkas is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be fluent in both Tagalog and English, and be able to work onsite.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
• Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 6 moths to 1 year of customer service, support, or any client facing roles experience
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite
