Job summary

Cargo Padala Express Forwarding Services Corp. (Head Office) in Metro Manila seeks a driven CX Assistant to support customer experience initiatives. The role welcomes fresh graduates with a degree in business-related fields and knowledge of CX tools and data analytics.

You will help craft guidelines, respond to feedback, and contribute to events. You will work under the CX Manager to ensure brand consistency, CSAT/NPS monitoring, and ongoing training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in CX tools, CRM systems, CSAT/NPS, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor brand presentation and compliance with customer care standards.
• Assist CX Manager in developing guidelines, scripts, and training programs.
• Ensure timely response to customer feedback and complaints per SLA.
• Conduct CSAT and NPS surveys and submit reports.
• Organize external, customer, and CSR events.
• Support monthly QA of all touchpoints for consistent CX.
• Prepare proposals for tokens and giveaways.
• Implement branding initiatives (office, fleet, employee).
• Perform other assigned tasks.
