Job summary

Concentrix Clark is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle customer interactions via calls and the Internet. You will deliver courteous service, resolve routine issues, and maintain product knowledge to support client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
