Zusammenfassung

Concentrix is seeking a Cyberwest Customer Care Specialist to support clients via inbound/outbound calls and online channels, resolving routine issues and ensuring service levels align with contractual KPIs.

You will greet customers professionally, maintain product knowledge, document interactions, and actively seek opportunities to offer additional products or services while delivering empathetic, accurate assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma preferred; 3–6 months relevant experience may be considered.
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
Dependable with attention to detail.
Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or online channels.
Ensure service delivery meets KPIs.
Clarify requirements and provide resolution using available resources.
