Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Work Setup: Hybrid. Experience: 1-3 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Employment Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage all the clients that are onboarding and deployment.
• Be on hand to the onboarding process of clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment.
• Handle client contacts during the deployment phase and address inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve concerns and provide the best solutions.
• Document challenges and escalate issues that require support to the technical support and product teams.

Qualifications
