Qualifications

• Familiar with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Backend Support: Elicit and record customer information and inquiries via CRM reports and provide daily insights.
• Sales Operations: Manage call center productivity, troubleshoot delivery issues, and support online ordering.
• Customer Service: Resolve order issues, review requests, and ensure customer satisfaction across channels.
