HCL Technologies Philippines Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries and complaints in English, using scripts and standard procedures.

You will gather information, resolve inquiries, explain options, and inform customers about available services, with emphasis on accurate logging and timely resolution. Night shift and on-site work at Mckinley Hills, Taguig.

Formación

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Representative experience (Advantage Only)
• Amenable to work pure work onsite in Mckinley Hills, Taguig City (Cyber Sigma, Lawton Avenue)
• Amenable to work Night Shift / Graveyard Shift
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• High comfort level working in a diverse environment
