Qualifications

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Representative experience (Advantage Only).
• Amenable to work pure onsite in Mckinley Hills, Taguig City (Cyber Sigma, Lawton Avenue).
• Amenable to work Night Shift / Graveyard Shift.
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
• Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view.

Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, research/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
• Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
