Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, onsite role in Makati City. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing requests, and delivering accurate product information with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum requirement.
• At least 6 months of BPO/CSR voice experience.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Makati City.
• ASAP start and shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer questions and concerns
• Process customer requests, including orders, returns, refunds and account modifications in a timely manner
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company database and systems
• Identify and elevate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments as appropriate
• Work towards and maintain individual performance targets including call handling times, first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery
• Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards in all customer interactions
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in team initiatives
