Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows OS, Apple OS, MS Office and Google applications.
• Familiar with customer support software including Zendesk and Slack.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Research and provide accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Navigate internal documentation to provide world-class service.
• Escalate priority issues to appropriate teams as needed.
• Document all customer interactions following standard procedures.
