Job summary

Philippine Blue Cross Biotech Corporation is seeking a customer service-oriented professional in Metro Manila to handle inquiries by phone, email, text, or letter, and to provide prompt service within established procedures.

You will manage customer calls, provide product information and pricing, process orders and invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions and promotions, while performing clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business or medical-related course.
• At least six months of working experience in telemarketing or as a pharmacy assistant.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, SAP, or other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Promptly handle customer inquiries by phone, email, text, or letter, and provide immediate services in established procedures.
• Manage all customer phone calls and provide information on various available products and associate pricing in the same way.
• Process sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, credit memos, statement forms, and other sales discounts.
• Maintain an awareness of all product details, information, and promotions.
• Maintain, update, and keep track of customer transactions and issues.
• Conduct a full range of moderate to complex clerical tasks, which include but are not limited to document filing.
