We are hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries for a healthcare account. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and/or providers, ensuring professional and accurate resolution of their service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats regarding healthcare services.
• Verify patient/member information and maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex medical or technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and compliant information.
