Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong listening and empathy skills to understand customer needs.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with challenging customers.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong attendance record.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexible attitude towards shift work (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• No previous call centre experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about Easy Account products and services.
• Process customer requests and account updates with accuracy.
• Document interactions in company systems.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and escalation when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Contribute to achieving team targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and skills.
• Handle occasional outbound calls for follow-ups or verifications.
