Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Patience, empathy and a desire to help customers.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility for scheduled shifts including evenings/weekends.
• Computer proficiency and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide accurate product information.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Process customer requests, complaints and feedback promptly.
• Follow company scripts and procedures while maintaining a personal touch.
• Meet and exceed daily call targets and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.
• Maintain a professional demeanour and positive attitude during shifts.
