Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly using company systems and databases
• Resolve customer issues efficiently whilst adhering to company policies and procedures
• Handle outbound calls when required, following call scripts and guidelines
• Maintain call quality standards and meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised departments when necessary
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleague development
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing skill development programmes
